Little Red House by Robert Gerloff

A current expression of traditional forms, Little Red House is compact and economical. The split-level design allows two walk-out bedrooms on the lower level and a master bedroom situated at tree-house level. Although less than 2000 square feet, sloping ceilings and an open floor plan create a spacious interior. Carefully placed windows on all walls allow a continuous stream of light throughout the day.
Stretching across the front of the facade, a porch defines the entryway. Inside, a sunroom, prominent fireplace and kitchen all add to the great room. Split flights of stairs lead down to a pair of guest bedrooms, a full bath and a walk in closet. Above, the master suite includes a study, a bath with twin vanities and a walk in closet.
