This generously proportioned villa in Vale Formoso is spacious and light, benefiting from many windows, large reception areas, and high ceilings. The front door is an old original wooden Spanish door and leads to a large entrance hall with high ceilings a nd stained glass windows, and a cloakroom. Off this hall, the very spacious lounge diner is open plan and features a gas fire, a mezzanine level, and sliding patio doors that lead out onto the swimming pool and terraced areas. There is a study below t he mezzanine level. The kitchen is fully fitted and comes with dishwasher, electric/gas hob and oven, and large fridge freezer. There is a separate laundry room for washing machine and tumble dryer. All 4 bedrooms are double and en suite. This villa is in a quiet residential area just minutes from Almancil centre with its recognized restaurants, local beaches, and the many top golf courses in the area including Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo. Vilamoura marina is a 10 minut e drive.
