The Mario Batali Vesuvio Series Chicago Brick Oven wood burning brick oven combines classic design with a proprietary manufacturing system that takes outdoor living to a whole new level. Made in the USA, Chicago Brick Ovens feature patent pending engineering and design, coupled with high-strength, cast refractory materials reinforced with stainless steel fibers, to ensure peak operating performance and take advantage of all three methods of cooking (conduction, convection, and radiant heat). This ovens two-piece modular construction offers installation in as little as an hour, making it an easy permanent addition to a new or existing outdoor kitchen. This Chicago Brick Oven features a Persimmon finish with 22. 5 inches of cooking surface and a 17 inch opening. It includes the dome, hearth, arch, black steel decorative door, flue adapter, insulating board, insulating blanket, mortar, pizza peel, and brush. The Mario Batali Vesuvio Series also features a Unilock Brussels Dimensional Stone enclosure, flue, and base (open in front) for a unique Old World hearth look.
